Patch Foundry Accounts: Everything You Need to Know

We’re excited to announce we’re launching user profiles as of today! These profiles will make it super fast to get updates for your products and save user information for quick access in the future.


Setting Up A New Patch Foundry Account

IMPORTANT: if you’ve purchased something from Patch Foundry in the past, you most likely already have a user account. Skip to “signing in to your user account”, or if you don’t remember your password, “resetting your password”.

1. visit www.patchfoundry.com and click on the little “account” icon in the corner of the screen, next to your cart and search icons.

2. Click the letters that read “create account”.

3. Enter your info, then click “Create Account”.

IMPORTANT: if you’ve ordered patches in the past but you setup a new account today, your patch downloads and updates obviously won’t be viewable in your account. To add your past orders to your account, see “Adding Past Orders To Your Account” below.


Signing In To An Existing Patch Foundry Account

If you’ve ordered in the past, you may have signed up for an account. To access this, just go to www.patchfoundry.com and click the little “account” icon in the top corner.

Then enter your email and password, then click “sign in”


Resetting Your Patch Foundry Account Password

If you’ve signed up for an account in the past but don’t remember the password, just click the “Account” icon in the top corner of the website, then click the “Forgot Password?” button. It’ll send you an updated link to reset your password to the email you provide.


Downloading Patch Updates From Your Account

Once you’ve logged in, you should see 4 sections: Orders, Payments, Address, and Profile.

Click on “Orders” to view all past purchases.

IMPORTANT: If you don’t see any of your past purchases, see the section below labeled “Adding Past Purchases To Your Account” for how to add them.

To get an updated version of your product, first click the item you want to access, then click the “Download Item” button to get the latest version.

Open the file in your Downloads folder on your computer, and follow the steps for installation.


Adding Past Purchases To Your Account

If you’ve signed in and don’t have access to your past purchases, or if you’ve made a new account and want to move your past purchases to the new account, you’ll need to write us with your receipt and/or order number. We can then help you walk through the steps to get the files added to your account.
